The TSE continues to make progress in listing of ETFs that track the TOPIX index abroad through its cooperation with asset management companies and overseas exchanges.
After listing on the Euronext Paris, November, 2005, ETFs tracking the TOPIX have been listed on exchanges in Europe, Asia, and America.
As the value of net assets of ETFs tracking the TOPIX expands, the TSE continues to actively conduct promotion activities with foreign exchanges and asset management companies. We hope that these actions will help deepen foreign investors' interest in our listed products as well as improve liquidity and help internationalize our market.
