Can foreigners trade on the TSE market?

Answer:

Yes. There are no nationality restrictions, anybody can trade securities on the TSE market. However, individuals cannot trade directly on the TSE market, all orders must be routed through a TSE member securities company. Individuals living outside Japan should contact a local reputable securities company which will route their orders to a TSE member.
