LTT Bio-Pharma Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") acquired 100% of share ownership of Asclepius Co., Ltd. (Unlisted) via stock transfer on Sep. 1, 2007 (Sat.). Due to such stock transfer, during the period until Mar. 31, 2011 (Thu.), the Company's stock entered into a grace period pertaining to loss of substantial survival due to merger, etc. If the Company did not file application pertaining to examination in accordance with the initial listing examination criteria by the 8th day (excluding holidays) following the date of submission (Jun. 28, 2011 (Tue.)) of the first securities report after the grace period ended, it would be delisted, and application was not filed by the application deadline of Jul. 7, 2011 (Thu.). |
2.Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money
Stocks of the same company will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Jul. 11, 2011 (Mon.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin trading and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bond
