| (5) Reason | At the general shareholders meeting of SUZUTAN CO., LTD. ("the Company") held today, the merger of the Company with PALEMO CO., LTD. (not listed on TSE but listed on OSE) where the latter company is the surviving company and the Company is dissolved was approved. In this merger, shares of PALEMO CO., LTD. will be delivered. |
2.Regarding Handling of Securities in Lieu of Money
Due to the fact that the Company will be absorbed in a merger with another company, PALEMO CO., LTD., which is listed on another domestic securities exchange, even though the Company's stock is in the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted, they may be deposited as securities in lieu of money until the business day before the delisting date.
