Entry into Grace Period for Ceasing to be a Substantial Surviving Company -MET'S CORPORATION-

The stock of MET'S CORPORATION will enter a grace period pertaining to ceasing to be a substantial surviving company as follows.

1. Issue Name MET'S CORPORATION stock
(Code: 4744, Market Division: Mothers)
2. Grace Period From Feb.24, 2012 (Fri.) to Mar. 31, 2015 (Tue.)
  Provision Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 603, Paragraph 1, Item 6
(Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item 9, Sub-item a. of the same regulations is a related rule.)
(Due to falling under cases where TSE deems that a listed company is not a substantial surviving company)
3. Reason MET'S CORPORATION (hereinafter "the Company") disclosed the "Notice on Agreement to Takeover Bid for Common Shares of the Company" on January 26, 2012 (Thu.). Based on this notice, TSE determined that it is appropriate to deem that the Company is not a substantial surviving company after this takeover bid and publicized the likelihood of the issue entering into a grace period.
Since the Company disclosed the completion of such takeover bid today, such stock will enter a grace period from today.

* The result of the examination on whether or not the Company is a substantial surviving company was announced on Jan. 26, 2012 (Thu.).
