(hereinafter, the "Company") held today, the cash-out merger of the Company with CBES Holdings Ltd. (Unlisted) where the latter company is the surviving company and the Company is the dissolved company was approved. |

Stocks of the same company will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Oct. 17, 2012 (Wed.) inclusive.

- Designation of Securities Under Supervision and Securities to Be Delisted
