TSE has decided on delisting and designation as Securities to Be Delisted as follows.

Dec. 12, 2012 (Wed.) (Note) In cases where circumstances in which the company should be promptly delisted occur, TSE may change the period of designation as Securities to Be Delisted and the delisting date. |

Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 601, Paragraph 1, Item 7, the first sentence (due to the fact that the listed company has fallen under a case where the company's bankruptcy proceedings become necessary in accordance with the provisions of laws) |
| (5)Reason | On Nov. 27, 2012, SAKURADA CO., LTD. resolved to file a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings at its board of directors meeting, and filed such petition with the Tokyo District Court. On the same day, the court decided to commence such bankruptcy proceedings. |
2.Exclusion from Securities in Lieu of Money
Stocks of the same company will be excluded from securities in lieu of money for the following items from Nov. 28, 2012 (Wed.) inclusive.
- Customer margin for margin trading and when-issued transactions
- Trading margin for when-issued transactions
- Trading participant security money
- Participant bond
- History of Designation of Securities Under Supervision & Securities to Be Delisted
- Designation of Securities Under Supervision and Securities to Be Delisted
