Cancellation of Designation of Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) - Link One Co. Ltd. -

The designation of the following issue as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) has been cancelled.

1. Issue	Link One Co. Ltd. stocks (Code: 2403, Market: Mothers)
2. Date of Cancellation of Designation of Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation)	Mar. 16, 2011 (Wed.)
Provision	Securities Listing Regulations Rule 603, Paragraph 1, Item 2, Sub-item b (Due to the market capitalization of tradable shares reaching the required amount）
3. Reason	Due to TSE not being able to confirm by Feb. 28, 2011 (Mon.) that the market capitalization of tradable shares of Link One Co. Ltd. was equivalent to or greater than the required amount, it was designated as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation). Today, TSE confirmed that, according to the Share, etc. Distribution Report submitted by the company, the market capitalization of tradable shares as of Feb. 28, 2011 (Mon.) reached the required amount. Therefore, TSE will cancel the designation of the company's stocks as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation) as of Mar. 16, 2011 (Wed.).

• (*)1. The required amount for Mothers issues, during the period between the end of Jan. 2009 and the end of Dec.2011, is JPY150 million.
  2. The company's stocks are an issue which has entered the grace period for the delisting criteria pertaining to liabilities in excess of assets. In the case where the company's liabilities in excess of assets are reconfirmed based on the Securities Report submitted in February 2011, the issue shall be delisted. In the case where the company's liabilities in excess of assets have been cleared, such grace period shall be removed.
  3. The market capitalization of the company's stock is under examination following the disclosure of its reconstruction plans. In the case where either the company's monthly average market capitalization from Feb. 26, 2011 (Sat.) to Mar. 25, 2011 (Fri.), or market capitalization as of Mar. 25, 2011 (Fri.) does not reach at least JPY500 million, such issue shall be delisted. In the case where market capitalization on both the above dates reaches at least JPY500 million, such issue shall continue to be listed.
