(Securities Listing Regulations Rule 604, Paragraph 1, Item 1 (Related: Rule 603, Paragraph 1, Item 2, Sub-item b of the same regulations)) |
- (*)Of the criteria for reassignment to the 2nd Section from the 1st Section and the delisting criteria, the handling of the criteria pertaining to market capitalization of tradable shares shall be partially revised between Jan. 2009 and Dec. 2012, and such criteria shall be applied.
