Due to the market capitalization in Dec. 2012 reaching at least the required amount (JPY 1.2 billion) prescribed in the criteria for reassignment to the 2nd Section from the 1st Section. (Securities Listing Regulations Rule 311, Paragraph 1, Item 4)(*) |
- (*)Of the criteria for reassignment to the 2nd Section from the 1st Section and the delisting criteria, the handling of the criteria pertaining to market capitalization shall be partially revised between Jan. 2009 and Dec. 2013, and such criteria shall be applied.
