The launch of the Next Tdex+ System and 3rd Generation ToSTNeT System

It is our pleasure to announce that the exchange will be launching the Next Tdex+ System and 3rd Generation
ToSTNeT System on Monday, November 21, 2011.
Of the extension of trading time, partial revisions to trading rules and trading participation fees for
Futures/Options trade and ToSTNeT market slated to take effect at the same time as the system launch, those
that are due to be implemented on Nov.21 will go into effect on that day as initially scheduled.
