Revocation of Listing Approval -Privee Fund Group Co., Ltd.-
Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("TSE") approved the initial listing of Privee Fund Group Co., Ltd. on March 3, 2008. However, the TSE has announced that it has revoked the approval of initial listing of Privee Fund Group Co., Ltd. (local code 4233) as of March 27, 2008. This decision has been made because the application for such initial listing was withdrawn.
Stock of Privee Fund Group Co., Ltd. will continue to be listed on the Jasdaq Securities Exchange on and after April 1, 2008.
About Privee Fund Group Co., Ltd.:
The Jasdaq-listed but the TSE-unlisted e-Revolution Co., Ltd. (local code 4233) will merge as a surviving company with Privee Investment Holdings Co.,Ltd. (local code 6720) as an expired company (delisted on March 26, 2008) pursuant to Article 749 of the Corporation Law. In tandem with this merger, e-Revolution Co., Ltd. will change its trade name into Privee Fund Group Co., Ltd.
