TSE to review trading hours of ToSTNeT-1

Tokyo, August 25, 2009 - The Tokyo Stock Exchange announced its decision to extend the trading hours of ToSTNeT-1 for single-issue transactions and basket transactions for cash products such as domestic stocks, foreign stocks, ETFs, REITs, and convertible bonds (CBs) listed on the ToSTNeT market.
By using ToSTNeT-1, large-lot and other transactions that are difficult to execute in the auction market can be executed with minimized market impact. This revision will be implemented in November, 2009.
