Calculation of Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index in Relation to Merger of BLife Investment Corporation

Effective on April 1, 2010, BLife Investment Corporation (Code: 8984) shall conduct an absorption-type merger of New City Residence Investment Corporation (Unlisted). The increase in the number of investment units of the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index due to this merger shall be handled, with consideration of the suitability as a benchmark, as follows.
- The increased number of investment units used in index calculation due to this merger shall be incorporated over the course of two additions.
- The index adjustment date and the numbers of investment units which will be added are as follows.
