Calculation of Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index in relation to FC Residential Investment Corporation

An announcement was made on April 20, 2010 regarding the calculation of the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index in relation to an allocation of new shares to a third party planned by FC Residential Investment Corporation (8975), however, on May 12, 2010, a decision was made to cancel such allocation. Because of this, an adjustment in the number of investment units used in index calculation due to such allocation will not be conducted.
