In light of some media reports concerning the delisting of The Tokyo Electric Power Company Incorporated, Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereafter "TSE") would like to clarify that, at this point, TSE is not aware of any fact regarding said listed company which should be considered to fall under the delisting criteria.
