Criteria for Delisting

| 1. In case the underlying security is delisted | Delisting date of the underlying security | (1) In case the underlying security is delisted due to the corporate consolidations such as mergers, stock-exchanges and stock-transfers (excluding in case the underlying security is assigned to the delisting post) | Last trading day for existing contract month whose last trading day is on or after a business day prior to the delisting date will be set into 2 business days prior to the delisting date. | On or after the date designated by TSE, trading of new contract month whose last trading day is on or after the date of the corporate consolidations will not be started unless the options contract has no existing contract month whose last trading day is on or after the date of the corporate consolidations. |

(*1) TSE will be able to delist individual options underlying a certain security if there is no transaction of such options contracts during a fiscal year (from Aprilto the following year's March). An examination date for such decision on the delisting is the end of March.
(*2) This criterion don't apply if such underlying securities are the component stock of TOPIX 100.
