The TSE Regulation Compliance Learning Center ("TSE COMLEC") was established to promote support for compliance activities by listed companies and trading participants. It ensures fairness in the market by providing all market participants including investors with opportunities for obtaining knowledge about laws and regulations, etc., concerning financial instrument transactions.
