The flow of the inspection process is as follows: selection of trading participants to be inspected - preliminary survey - on-site inspection - review and decision - feedback - measures - after-care

Appeal System

TSER operates an appeal system in order to maintain and improve the transparency of inspection procedures and the quality of inspections.
Under this system, if any disagreement regarding any matter arises between the TSER inspectors and the trading participant being inspected, the trading participant may submit a written appeal to TSER regarding the matter in question.
